"Worry-Free Returns" (Optional): At checkout, you will see an option to purchase "Worry-Free Returns" powered by Seel for an extra fee. This optional protection allows returns on ANY PRODUCT including FINAL SALE PRODUCTS. Return it for any reason including fit or mind-change, for up to 7 days after delivery.
For extra peace of mind, Worry-Free Returns by Seel is available at checkout to allow you to return the item for a refund.

What is Seel Worry-Free Returns?
Seel provides the protection services behind Worry-Free Returns. Worry-Free Returns is an optional protection you can add at checkout on items. With Worry-Free Returns, you'll have 7 days from the date of delivery to file a return.
We know shopping can sometimes feel uncertain, especially when items are not eligible for return. By partnering with Seel, we're giving shoppers more flexibility, confidence, and peace of mind by allowing you to purchase the option to return items that would normally be final sale. Seel handles the returns and refunds, so your experience is smooth and worry-free.
Adding Seel Worry-Free Returns to a Purchase
When you make a purchase simply select the Worry-Free Returns option on the checkout screen. Worry-Free Returns is available for all items.
Filing a Claim
You can go directly to file a claim by Clicking Here or select Start Seel Claim on the Worry-Free Returns purchase confirmation email.
Cancellations: Strict no cancellations policy. Please review your order carefully before confirming. We are unable to process cancellations once an order has been placed.

All Sales are Final: Returns are generally not accepted for "buyer's remorse" reasons, such as the item not fitting or a change of mind. You are only eligible for a return and full refund if the item:
Does not match the listing description (e.g., wrong item, defected or damaged).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Final Sale Items/Non-Returnable Items
All sales are final. We are unable to process cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Please review your order details carefully before purchasing.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Does not apply to personalized orders. Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
